We are not a standard home-health agency or clinic. We don’t employ the clinicians who use our services. We do not provide salaried work or full-time or part-time positions for clinicians. So, what do we do?
What is FeldCare Connects?
FeldCare Connects helps home health agencies and freelance OTs, PTs, SLPs, and RDs connect. We utilize modern technology to simplify the process of assisting contract clinicians in finding home health patients in their area who need their services.
Most home health agencies do not have enough therapists on staff. Many PTs, OTs, SLPs, and RDs work in clinics or schools but still have the time and motivation to help more patients. At FeldCare Connects, we help clinicians and home health agencies find each other so that patients get the help they need and therapists find freelance work.
Not only do we help the home health agencies connect with qualified therapists, but we also provide an app that therapists can use to schedule with the home health agency patients directly. This means that rehabilitation patients can get rapid care – and therapists can find patients in their area and set up a schedule that works well for both therapist and patient.
Who Uses FeldCare Connects?
Two main groups use FeldCare Connects. The first is home health agencies, and the second is clinicians. Specifically, we help home health agencies connect with freelance PTs, OTs, and SLPs in Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, and Texas.
