At FeldCare Connects, we’ve always been passionate about helping home health agencies connect with top-tier physical, occupational, and speech therapists. As demand for our services grew, we recognized a new opportunity to expand our reach and empower others to join our mission through franchising.

But growth doesn’t happen by chance. It requires structure. That’s why we began working with Adi Klevit of Business Success Consulting Group to build the operational foundation we would need to support long-term expansion.

In a recent podcast episode, we sat down with Adi to talk about how we built business systems early on to support scalability and, now, franchising.

From a Growing Business to a Scalable System

The first step in building our unique system? Creating a clearly defined internal structure. 

This meant creating an organizational chart that outlined roles and responsibilities at every level of the company. With clarity comes confidence. Our team now knows exactly what is expected of them and how they contribute to the mission.

From there, we focused on documenting every core process across our operations. Whether it was client intake, therapist onboarding, or communication with agencies, we built out step-by-step procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

These are not and will never be one-time efforts. As our services have evolved, we have refined and improved our systems to keep pace. Today, that mindset of continuous improvement is part of our culture, and it’s one of the reasons we’re ready to scale.

Measuring What Matters

To truly operate efficiently, we needed more than just procedures. We needed visibility into our core metrics and performance in all areas. So, we introduced performance metrics and KPIs for every position. This data-driven approach allows us to track progress, spot challenges early, and make informed decisions that keep us moving forward.

Having this level of insight has been a game-changer. It helps us support our team, maintain high standards, and continuously optimize how we deliver value to our referral partners.

Building a Franchise-Ready Organization

With a strong foundation in place, the next logical step was franchising.
