Follow these steps:
Step One: A clinician connects with FeldCare through this page on our website or by emailing their contact information and licensing information to recruitme@feldcareconnects.com.
Step Two: Someone from FeldCare will reach out and talk to the clinician, verifying their information and sharing more about FeldCare. This allows both parties to see if FeldCare would be a good match for the clinician. Since we do not hire clinicians, understanding how to connect with home health agencies or patient referrals is vital information for clinicians who are determining if they would like to work as independent contractors or utilize FeldCare in their side hustle.
Step Three: Once the clinician decides they would like to use the FeldCare network, they will submit all of their credentials and provide all necessary licensing and insurance information. Again, the clinician is an independent contractor, so they will need to purchase their own insurance.
Step Four: The clinician will be briefed on how to utilize the network and more.
Step Five: They will gain access to the cliniCONNECTS app, which allows them to connect with local referrals. Here they will create their profile and begin to be notified about patients in their area. They can accept or reject patients based on their caseload, schedule, or any other reason. Their focus is on patient care, while FeldCare takes care of the billing and payment side of things.
